Bio
Chasing Ginger is a local Saint Louis original-rock band consisting of three members; Lisa (vocals, rhythm guitar), Scott D (lead guitar), Shaun (bass) and Scott N (drums). The band is currently trying to play out as much as possible.
Scott, Lisa and Scott have been playing together since 2006, starting in a 4-piece band called Panic Attack. After members leaving and rejoining again, three remained. It wasn't the same without their 4th member so, they renamed the band after their dog, Ginger and wrote new music. After several years as a three piece, Shaun reached out and asked if they'd be interested in another member. Lisa stopped playing bass to go back to playing rhythm guitar and synth, allowing Shaun to take over as bass player for the band.

Lisa is the voice of Chasing Ginger. A songwriter for over fifteen years, Lisa's early songs were written acoustically and sung solo. Scott D. is the band's main riff maker. His unique playing style incorporates thick layers of guitar harmonies that help define the Chasing Ginger sound. Scott Nickell's background in drums and percussion help bring a creative sound to the group. A drummer since the age of 11, he's had years of practice to develop the funk/rock mixture of playing that he brings to each performance.
